Kenai Fjords National Park is a protected wilderness area located on the Kenai Peninsula in the southern region of the state of Alaska, United States. It covers an area of approximately 669,984 acres and is known for its stunning fjords, glaciers, and abundant wildlife.
The park is home to a diverse array of wildlife, including sea otters, seals, whales, and a variety of bird species. It is also home to several indigenous communities, who have lived in the region for thousands of years.
Visitor Season
This park is open all year, however, during winter months it will become inaccessible due to extreme weather.

Be prepared for anything. The temperature can change at any moment in this climate. Summertime temps range between 40 - 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Winter months get very cold with temps ranging between low 30s to -20 degrees.
