The Piedmont Adventure Loop EXTENDED (ThePALx) is a super scenic 197+ Mile Loop with 77% of it running on Dirt, Gravel, Sand, and Unpaved Roads traveling through WMAs and a Wildlife Refuge making a loop around the city of Monticello, GA. The Loop is an enjoyable route through a beautiful area of Georgia which includes 5 water crossings. Per usual, the trail is not meant to be technical or difficult but can become very challening when wet.
