New River Canyon

New River Canyon (FR-41) is an interesting trail just outside of Phoenix, Arizona.  Not to be confused with Table Mesa Road to the west side of I17, this trail provides visitors with a unique opportunity to explore and enjoy the rugged and scenic terrain of the Sonoran Desert.

The New River Canyon trail is approximately 14 miles long and takes about four to six hours to complete, depending on the skill level of the driver and the conditions on the trail. It is rated as a difficult-level trail, meaning that it is only suitable for experienced off-roaders who are looking for a challenging and adrenaline-pumping experience.
