Trail Information
Imogene Pass is an iconic trail located in Telluride, CO. You can enter this trail from either the Telluride or Ouray sides, as running in either direction is perfectly acceptable. You're certain to be taken aback by the incredible natural beauty surrounding you while you make your way to the highest pass in this area. As one of our all-time favorite trails, we highly suggest taking time to soak it all in at the top - and don't forget to pack a snack!
On the Ouray side of the trail, Imogene Pass is home to "Poser Rock" (pictured above). A bit of extra care is required to perch your vehicle in the precarious position required, but with a steady foot and a little nerve, you can get a pretty epic picture of your rig, perched within the San Juan Mountains. Just make sure to use a spotter.
