Big Rig Roundup

Important:  This event has limited ticket availability and is restricted to the first 12 registered vehicles.

From Thursday, October 24th (arrival day) to Sunday, October 27th (departure day), participants can join "The Big Round Up – Windrock" for a weekend of exploring some of the area's more challenging trails.

Accommodations:  Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodations. The group plans to camp at Windrock campground in space A1.

This event is geared toward experienced off-road enthusiasts, so participants should come prepared and ready to showcase their skills. Friends are encouraged to bring their off-road buddies to join the adventure!

Ticket Price:  $100 for two days of trail guiding

Vehicle Requirements:  All off-road vehicles must have a minimum of a working winch, 37″ tires, and both front and rear axles locked. It is strongly suggested that all off-road vehicles be trailered to and from the event.

Please note that the ticket does not include overnight accommodations. Participants are responsible for securing their own lodging.

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations made more than 21 days in advance of the tour date are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 21 days of the departure date incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows and cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 100% of the ticket price.
