Big Rig Roundup

This trip will be LIMITED tickets sold and limited to the first 12 rigs registered!

Join us on Thursday May 2nd through Sunday May 5th for the “The Big Round Up – Harlan Kentucky”. We will spend all weekend (Friday-Sunday) exploring what the area has to offer.

Schedule of events (There will be no problem if needing to come late of leave early)

Stay: You are responsible to find your own accommodations for sleeping.

This event is for the big boys and girls so wear your big boy/girl pants, come prepared and ready to show off! Friends make sure to bring your big rig buddies out to this one!

TICKET PRICE: $100 for 2 days of trail guiding
VEHICLE REQUIREMENTS: All off-road rigs must have a minimum of a working winch, 37″ tires and both front and rear axles locked. It is STRONGLY SUGGESTED that all offroad rigs are trailered to and from this event.

*Ticket does not include overnight stay. You are responsible to secure your own sleep arraignments.

An email with event specifics and accommodation suggestions will be emailed to all participants.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made more than 21 days in advance of the tour date are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 21 days from departure date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows and cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 100% of the ticket price.
