We are thrilled to announce the return of the Southeast Overland Camping Event for its 4th annual gathering, once again at the historic Brushy Mountain. This event promises to enrich your overlanding and off-road knowledge, connect you with fellow enthusiasts, and provide access to top-notch vendors in the community.
Ticket Inclusions for Each Purchaser (Driver & Passenger):
- Driver Ticket: $115
- Passenger Ticket: $20 per passenger
- Children 9 and Under: Free (please provide their names during registration)
- Off-Road/Overlanding Trailer Add-on: $20
- Access to: Camping, Vendor Area, Training Classes, Trail Rides, Live Music, and the SOC Raffle.
Note: Ticket purchase includes a mandatory waiver to be signed electronically before the event begins.
Exclusive Offers:
- Discounted Prison Tour Tickets: Available upon purchasing your camping pass. *Note: Discount unavailable post-camping pass purchase.*
Additional Ticket Add-Ons:
- Tour Tickets (13+ & 7-12 years): Pricing TBD
- Event Meals at "The Wardens Table": Full menu available
- Vehicle/Camping Selection: Options include RTT, Ground Tent, Trailer (extra $20 fee), Van, etc.
Important Information:
- Check-In: Begins March 22, 2024, at 8:00 AM. Please do not arrive before 7:00 AM.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Camping Sites: Vehicle sites, ground tent sites, 20’x20’ average size. All sites are primitive; no powered sites available.
- Generator Use: Allowed 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM, except for medical devices (battery-powered recommended).

- March 24: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Event Raffle:
- Dates: March 23, 2024, at 7:00 PM
- Ticket Prices: $1 for regular items, $3 for big-ticket items
Additional Notes:
- This event will proceed rain or shine. Refunds only issued if the event is canceled and not rescheduled due to an emergency.
