Haleakalā

Temperature can change quickly in this climate.  Highs can reach in the 80s while the lows can be close to the 30 degrees when at the mountain summit.  It is important to be prepared for the varied weather can happen - during any day you can have intense sunshine, heavy rains, or a cloudy day.  It is important to have clothes on hand for any of these changes.
